Q. What is the advantage of renting Faux blooms to fresh blooms?
A.
- Convenience- We deliver, set up, and pick up. It's that easy! We make this process as effortless as
possible for you so you can spend more time focusing on enjoying your big day.
- Cost effective- the cost of our designs and flowers we use were quoted 3-5x more than what we charge for fresh blooms. We also offer payment plans, this makes any floral set up very accessible for couples!
- Stunning- these aren't just any artificial flowers, they are silk, hand painted and real to touch faux blooms sourced from wholesalers in the USA and Australia. They look and some feel very real, so you can feel
comfortable knowing your items are high quality.
- Consistency- You will receive the exact product you saw and wanted on our website, absolutely no surprises.
- Sustainability: Faux blooms are made from sustainable materials and are a great choice for anyone who wants to reduce their environmental impact. Artificial flowers are an excellent Eco-friendly alternative to real flowers because they don't require any water or energy for growing, harvesting, and transporting.
Q. Where can I find some instructions for how to rent?

Q. How do payments work?
A. We offer multiple payment options: All the payment is due up front or split into 4 payments across 4 consecutive months. We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.
Q. How far does your included delivery fees go?
A. We will deliver for the standard fee within 30 miles of Elk Grove and pickup time of no later than 9:00PM. Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know.
Q. What are the pickup fees for pickups after 9pm?
A. 9:30PM charge of $50
10PM charge of $100
10:30pm charge of $150
11PM charge of $200
1130pm charge of $250
12AM charge of $300
However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups so avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue allowing us, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.
Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 30 miles of your warehouse in Elk Grove, CA?
A. If your location exceeds 30 miles, we charge $1/mile. If it were to exceed over 75 miles, a travel fee will be added. Please email for more details.
Q. What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?
A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees between $200-$500, will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.
Q. What if I want to see an Altar/Arch/ or Backdrop in person first?
A. We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @Bloomifuldesign. We plan to offer open houses to see the items at different venues. Please subscribe to our newsletter or email us for an upcoming open house date.
Q. Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my Altar/Arch/Backdrop?
A. At this time, we limit offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon! We can add colored flowers to the arches flowers but cannot remove flowers. This is how we can customize it.
Q. What if the Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event is not available to rent?
A. Unfortunately our rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis as we currently have only one set available for each one at this time. You are more than welcome to rent to check and see if the other arches are available and explore the option of adding blooms to customize it.
Q. There is an Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it, can you get this for me?
A. We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the details and we can let you know if this is possible.
